J'ai une relation particulière avec ce titre. J'ai écouté pour la première fois l'album Modern Times un soir de cafard dans une auberge miteuse de Vancouver et la chanson Beyond the Horizon m'a rassuré et permis de m'endormir dans le tumulte des sirènes citadines. Par la suite j'aimais l'écouter perché en haut d'une montagne à regarder la grande Vancouver illuminée, entourée par les eaux du Pacifique et des îles au loin, à perte de vue... Beyond the horizon... Alors c'était bien.

Aujourd'hui je ne sais pas... ce n'est pas la meilleure de l'album c'est sûr. J'ai bien aimé réécouter les versions live de 2009, particulièrement au palais des sports de Paris. L'orgue est génial.
